Rosa Williams Oyeneye is a Senior Recruiter at DocuSign. Overall, Rosa has ten years of experience in Talent Acquisition and has been with DocuSign for a little over two years. During Rosa’s first year with the company, she distinguished herself as an agile team player by successfully helping to scale high-volume recruitment efforts on a growing North America Sales Development team. Currently, Rosa continues to help grow DocuSign by focusing her recruitment efforts on the Product Lead Growth team, where she helps recruit End-to-End Automation Engineers.

Rosa is a natural-born leader with a heart for Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Equity. Rosa was appointed as a Diversity Change Champion at DocuSign, where she has served on the Resume Review and Cruicial Conversations committees. Rosa was elected as the Vice President of Administration for the Raleigh-Durham Chapter of the National Black MBA Association, where she volunteers helping to create educational and wealth-building opportunities for those historically underrepresented throughout their careers as students, entrepreneurs, and professionals. This cause is very important to her. She is also a Founding Board Member & Former Vice President of the Raleigh-Durham Chapter of Blacks in Technology and the Co-Owner of the Chefs for Seniors franchise in Durham, Chapel Hill, and Greensboro, North Carolina.

Rosa is a graduate of American University in Washington, DC with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, and a concentration in International Business. In 2021, she earned her MBA in Human Resources Management.
