Shara McNeill is Senior Solution Consulting Manager at DocuSign. She has 10+ years experience working in software consulting and sales. At DocuSign Shara is a member of the DocuSign Women In Solution Excellence WISE ERG. She is passionate about introducing others to the Solution Consulting career path and helped to develop and coordinate a DocuSign Internship Program dedicated to evangelizing Solution Consulting to soon to be graduates. Prior to DocuSign she worked in solution sales and consulting roles at both Cornerstone On Demand and Hobsons Inc. She currently resides in the Northern Virginia area with her wife, Susie and two children Layla and Eli. She has had a long history of sports having played Soccer at Georgetown University and later playing football with the DC Divas. Today she is slowing things down a bit and collecting steps while taking nice walks with her dog more frequently.
